Bees at the Fair

So much for keeping up with the blog. I guess I got blogged down with moving, building a house, and farming. Who reads these things anyway?

We entered the Williamson County Fair of 2023 and the bees took 1st place in Light Amber, Amber, and Dark Amber honey divisions! We also got a blue ribbon for the comb honey and a frame of honey. Our wax also won.

Now for the exciting news-my dark chocolate turtles with homemade honey caramel not only won a blue ribbon but also Best in Show! We also won ribbons for our produce-purple hulled peas, squash, and sweet banana peppers. Electoculture gardening works!

If you read blogs, I have a question. Who would like to be able to purchase chocolates from our website? We are trying to figure out how to send them through the mail(especially during hot months). But if you are local and would like chocolates and want them to purchase on this website, please let me know. I have too may varieties to list but will start with the most popular- smores, turtles, peanut butter cups, etc.

Hopefully the next blog won’t bee 2 years from now but ….

Bye for now! Thank you for your orders and wonderful comments!
